Meet Kate.
Our newest addition to the Attic team, Kate recently joined us in May 2021. After undertaking a Level 5, 3-year training programme at the Anahata College of Reflexology in Lincoln, Kate qualified as a clinical reflexologist. Kate is qualified in all aspects of clinical reflexology to include: palliative care, maternity care, subfertility, hand reflexology and stress/anxiety/mental health management. She is also a member of the association of reflexologists (MAR). After a career within the NHS spanning 12 years, Kate embarked on her reflexology journey after experiencing the benefits of treatment herself. Being directly involved in patient care in a clinical environment, she felt she wanted to branch out into helping others with the amazing benefits that clinical reflexology can offer.
“Reflexology is such a powerful treatment and has so many benefits for the mind, body and soul. I have treated many different people with various issues and the results have been incredible. I would recommend this treatment to everybody - it truly is magical.”
Away from work, Kate - a local girl - is the proud mother of two beautiful children and likes nothing more than the great local outdoors, enjoying a beach or a Wolds walk. Kate is currently starting her training in Reiki and hopes to add this to her treatment portfolio in the near future.
