Hello, I am Robert, but everyone calls me Rob. I am a fully qualified VTCT Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and a registered member of the Sports Massage Association. I am a fully qualified level 3 First Aider. My massage services include sports massage, soft tissue release massage, flexibility, mobility, stress, tension release & relaxation.
In 2021 I decided to enrol and become a qualified VTCT level 3 sports massage therapist. I am developing my skills with a level 4 qualification to help with rehabilitation and supporting injuries through to recovery.
In my spare time I enjoy running, going to the gym and playing ice hockey.
